Hi, I'm Divya.

Psychotherapist, traveller, cycle-breaker.

I help adult children of emotionally immature or narcissistic parents break free from inherited emotional patterns.

You might feel stuck in over-giving, invisible wounds, or relationships that never feel safe. I offer a space where healing can begin—where you can learn to set boundaries, process your story, and rebuild trust in yourself. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep presence and cultural awareness.

What working with me is like

Why I do this work

This work is deeply personal to me. I've lived the tension of holding it all together while feeling lost inside. Through years of inner work and training, I've learned that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about coming home to yourself. That's what I want for you.

My own journey through cultural expectations, family dynamics, and finding my authentic voice has shaped my approach to therapy. I believe in honoring both your unique story and the universal human need for connection and understanding.

Emotional abuse is as devastating as physical or sexual abuse, especially on a developing brain.

As a trauma therapist with 12+ years of experience, I’m committed to addressing and healing past emotional scars while also navigating current communication and boundary challenges. My treatment approach is not a bandaid—we’re rewiring the brain to create neural networks for transformation in your relationships and business. In a world where emotional abuse is minimized and often misunderstood, I help others reclaim their lives and embrace joy.
