At times you feel overwhelmed with emotions thus feeling lost, helpless, and anxious. You wonder why you connect to people a certain way and wish you could have healthier/sustainable relationships, wish you could cope better in difficult situations/be in charge of the way you express your feelings.​

Hello, I am Divya!

My objective as a Registered Psychotherapist is to collaborate with my clients in a culturally sensitive therapeutic setting. So they can be empowered and work through their feelings and move towards a brighter future with a stronger authentic self.

I use a combination of techniques including Attachment-based therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, to help my clients unearth and understand the various issues they are facing and holding them back from achieving their true potential. 

As we work collaboratively, our goal could be for you; to appreciate yourself and feel seen, heard, and loved. Self-compassion is the first step when learning to cope with anxiety & depression. I authored a chapter on self-compassion in Complicated Grief, Attachment, and Art Therapy: Theory, Treatment, and 14 Ready-to-Use Protocols.

CAD 150 for 50 mins sessions.

All sessions are conducted online on a secure PHIPPA compliant App called the Jane app. 

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

All late cancellations will be charged accordingly.
